Instead of being social, I decided to lock myself in with a twelve pack, a bottle of gin, a Woody Allen book, and the complete Birthday Party discography. I sincerely hope my mother isn’t still holding out for grandchildren.
Played a show last night as 600 Pounds of Man. It was the debut of this line-up, which consisted of Derek Sapienza (Grievants, Goons, Bad Kids), John Horner (Grievants, Goons, Torus, Crushing Something), Anna Dumont (she plays cello, so I’m going to assume that she had a brief stint in the London Symphony Orchestra), and Ben Court (Grievants).
The show went better than expected. Positive...
